STATESVILLE, NC October 18, 2015 – After 123 years, TharpeRobbins, the nation’s longest continuously operating employee recognition company, has changed its name to Engage2Excel and unveiled the industry’s only ROI-based employee recognition platform.

Engage2Excel launched its new brand and ROI-based employee recognition platform today at the HR Tech conference in Las Vegas. In September, clients were given a preview of the new platform in New York. Kevin Henry, Chief Human Resources Officer for Extended Stay America, was impressed with what he saw. “HR leaders need better tools for driving engagement and validating the business impact in order to plan and scale their investments,” says Henry.
